Challenge

Design a memorable incentive experience for a well-traveled audience — 36 senior managers who achieved their sales targets in investment and life insurance products.

Solution

The itinerary covered four iconic destinations: Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, and Tokyo. Guests stayed in premium hotels as well as an authentic Japanese ryokan, allowing them to experience both modern luxury and traditional hospitality.

The program combined cultural immersion with carefully curated experiences tailored to participants' interests. Guests took part in traditional tea ceremonies, dressed in kimonos, attended samurai and geisha masterclasses, explored Japan’s vibrant street food scene, visited Nara’s famous temple complex with its free-roaming deer, and climbed Mount Fuji.
An exclusive private evening cruise through Tokyo Bay aboard a chartered vessel became one of the trip’s defining moments. Covering four cities in just six days required flawless logistics while maintaining a seamless premium experience throughout.

Result

Despite the intensive itinerary, participants highly appreciated the balance between premium comfort and authentic cultural immersion. The incentive program continues to be regarded as one of the company’s most prestigious rewards, and the client remains a long-term partner.
