Create a premium travel experience for the winners of the company’s quarterly incentive program, combining prestige, exclusivity, and a rich, memorable itinerary.
Solution
We designed a bespoke Hong Kong-Macau journey for 32 participants, blending the energy of world-class cities with gastronomy, cultural discovery, and luxury experiences.
In Hong Kong, guests stayed at a premium designer hotel and explored the city through a curated sightseeing program, including Lantau Island and an exclusive private lounge at the Happy Valley Racecourse. The culinary program featured signature restaurants with panoramic views alongside authentic local cuisine.
The journey continued to Macau by ferry, offering a completely different atmosphere. The itinerary included Macau Tower, the thrilling SkyWalk experience, architectural landmarks, and a dinner at the iconic Karl Lagerfeld Hotel.

A private after-party at Ozone, one of the world’s highest rooftop bars overlooking Hong Kong’s skyline, a sunset cruise aboard a traditional red-sail junk boat with sparkling wine, and the unforgettable SkyWalk around the outer rim of Macau Tower became the emotional highlights of the journey.
